■ 標題 Exercise hypoxaemia as a predictor of pulmonary hypertension in COPD patients without severe resting hypoxaemia. |

■ 概要 We have shown that both 6MWD and SpO2 at the end of the 6MWT are independent predictors of mPAP in a COPD population without severe resting hypoxaemia. Especially, the SpO2 value at the end of the 6MWT is closely associated with mPAP. Our findings may assist in identifying COPD patients at risk of PH in a simple way and allow for appropriate timely intervention.
