  ナース・スケジューリングにおけるチーム編成の評価

  Nurse scheduling is” creating a nurse’s work schedule”. Creating a work schedule is a very important task in ward management that considers the ”quality of work” for providing nursing services and the ”quality of life” that is related to the satisfaction of the nurse’s work style. Through the efforts so far, the work schedule was created and its problems were identified, quantitative evaluation for objective evaluation of the created work schedule, and improvement mechanism by the grade improvement algorithm to improve the work schedule I proposed only. This paper deals with” quantitative evaluation as a rational criterion for team formation” as a new approach related to” quality of work”.
