  Feasibility of a problem-solving exercise program based on short physical performance battery for older patients with chronic respiratory diseases: A multicenter, pilot clinical trial
■ 概要
  The findings of this feasibility study, although preliminary, demonstrate the feasibility and safety of the tailored 4-week multi-item exercise program proposed in this study for older patients with CRD who may have severe impairments in multiple physical items. Perhaps we suggest that embedding the SPPB within current pulmonary rehabilitation programs would ensure responsiveness and customization to patients’ needs when frailty is identified.
