  Effects of intradialytic exercise on intradialytic hypotension: a case report
■ 概要
  IDE was effective in stabilizing blood pressure and reducing the occurrence of IDH in a patient undergoing HD with frequent IDH, particularly during the period immediately following exercise and up to 1 h post-intervention. These findings suggest a potential enhancement in baroreceptor sensitivity following IDE. These results support the clinical utility of IDE as a therapeutic strategy for hemodynamic management in patients on HD and highlight its potential role in future individualized dialysis care.
